My Dearest LNP Family, I guess we’ve all faced some changes since I wrote this. I never dreamed I’d find a poetry family. I consider myself the luckiest of all poets having been loved by each of you. We have laughed and cried and been silly together—what more could a Gypsy ask for? Know that I respect each of you as poets, as people…as my family. You brought me so much joy and love. I wish I could repay you in kind. Each of you made me a better person and a better poet. If I am blessed to enter that paradise that we all strive for, rest assured I will be watching over you…you took me in and loved me. There is no greater tribute I can pay you. Please take care of my Keiffer. He possesses the most gentle, precious, generous heart. I know he’ll need time, but then he will need all of you. God bless you, my LNP family. Jean and Pam, your calls meant the world to my family and me. Saying goodbye is so hard, but I am not lost. And you are not lost to me. In that magic place where we dwell, and our muses commune with us, look for me. I will use all my love to be sure your inspiration flows like the river I now must cross. Be good to one another. Be good to yourselves. I love each and everyone of you.
